Speaker biography:  Joel Goodman has been in the computing industry for 38 years after obtaining his degree in Computer Information Sciences. He 20 years experience with Oracle DBA technology in support, consulting and training. He is the OU EMEA Curriculum and Certification Specialist for whom he speaks on a variety of advanced DBA topics. He also assists OU Curriculum Development by leading a team of Subject Matter Experts who provide Quality Assurance during course development. Joel is also the Technical Team Leader of the Oracle DBA Certification Test Development Team responsible for all DBA OCA, OCP, OCE and OCM exam content. He is a regular speaker at various EMEA Oracle conferences and a member of the Oak Table network of Oracle DBA professionals.
